Frequently Asked Questions

Most oil spots are not an issue for us. There are ways of handling oil if the saturation is too heavy.  Give us a call, and we can help you.

No. The products we use are very low in VOC content, and any odors are short-lived if ventilated.

Actually, yes. However, it is controlled because we use a vacuum system that is hooked to the grinder during the grinding process.

Usually 1 day, depending on the size of your garage, temperature, humidity and how many repairs there are.

We ask that you remove smaller items such as shoes, golf clubs, bins, bikes, etc. The larger items, like refrigerators, cabinets and work benches, we will move that morning before we begin working on the floor. We will cover these items with a tarp if it appears that it will rain. We put the heavy items back in the same day.

Walk on time is about 3 hours, and drive on time is about 24 hours or overnight.

No. We fill cracks, holes, and joints before coating the floor.

A scrub brush or mop with some dish liquid or 409 works well. Also, if you have stubborn dirty areas, they can be pressure washed.

It depends on the size of your garage and how much work it will take to prep the floor. Every garage is different and unique. Call or email me, and I will come to you and give you a quote.
